We are looking for someone with: (mandatory)
No tardies in the last month
No abscenses in the last month
No memos in the last month
No actas in the last mont
No errors reported from MC in the last 2 weeks
understanding of follow ups
understanding of priorities and deadlines
medium/high level computer skills
85% minimum english level (written and spoken)
Schedule availbality: for being fulltime, working 6 days and have a changing schedule (facility to open and close)
Good listening skills
attention to detail
able to work with constant changes
Not mandatory:
+Any previous related experience is a big plus
The job:
Listen to recordings to grade them based on scorecard
participate on calibration meeting
takes calls on mondays and tuesday (and when required by queue)
Helps out with trainees first calls and feedbacks
Sends daily report of job completed
Weekly report of score cards
Escalates calls to management when necessary
Stay up to date with information from the client
Knowledge of basic guideline information
Full knowledge of where to look for information, in documents and also in the system
