Transportation Reimbursement – EGS Intranet

As part of the benefits we offer at Ashesi Global, there is a transportation reimbursement, which is subject to prior approval by the Human Resources department.

In case you need it, approach HR and discuss your situation. Based on your schedule, address and other factors to consider, you can be approved to get your transportation refunded.

For those who already have it approved, it’s important to carefully follow the rules that are detailed below:

  • Payroll is processed on Mondays, therefore, it is necessary to send the invoice and receipt before 12 noon and for them to correspond to the previous week.
  • The reimbursement can only be for transportation from the previous week.
  • The reimbursement is up to $100 MXN per day (If you send a receipt for more than $100 MXN, we will only reimburse $100 MXN)
  • The benefit is granted to get to work early; If you arrive late, transportation for that day will not be reimbursed.
  • You should attach the file of the invoice AND the screenshot of the ride that includes: DATE, TIME, ADDRESS AND TOTAL OF THE TRIP

Failure to meet any of these requirements, transportation WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
